Angela Michelle

Angela found yoga in her early twenties and even though life took over she always found herself returning to the principles and practices of yoga during times of stress. At the age of 38 Angela suffered a stroke due to an autoimmune disorder; it was a wake up call for her to live life more mindfully and she once again turned to yoga as she used her practice to help heal from the emotional and physical trauma of her stroke. In 2016 she decided to pursue her 200 RYT with the intention of helping guide others through the practice and finding their own peace on the mat. She graduated from teacher training in 2017 and is currently working on her RYT 500 focusing on adaptive and therapeutic techniques in yoga. She is a body positive activist that encourages all her students to love, accept, and celebrate their bodies through yoga using mindful movements and focused breathing. Using mindful movements and focused breathing she empowers her students through the yoga practice.
