We can do that

From high intensity boot-camp style workouts  to early morning yoga, we have a class for you. Our instructors provide all the encouragement and motivation you need to get the most out of each and every move.

Even better, because of our studio atmosphere, you’ll never be lost or forgotten in the crowd and will still have personal attention in a small class environment.

We’re also able to provide custom classes for small groups. So if you and a group of friends (or even enemies) want to get together for a workout, we can do that.

All classes take place at our King William Location unless noted otherwise.  

Cevallos Lofts and 1221 Lofts classes are for tenants only.

BARRE METHOD
A dynamic workout that creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy, and the intense pace of interval training. *Speciality class with a 30 dollar fee per class*

CONDITIONING FOR RUNNERS
A strength-based class which focuses on overall fitness, with special attention given to the core, and all the muscles used to optimize proper running mechanics, which can help improve overall efficiency, agility, speed, and power. This group will train for various races around the city ranging from 5Ks to marathons. A great way to get in shape for your first or fastest race. *Speciality class with a 135 dollar fee for members, 175 dollar fee for non-members, for an 8 class pack, with a drop in rate of 20 dollars per class.

CORE
A challenging 30 minutes abdominal and lower back workout that will work every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit ups and crunches to define and sculpt.

CYCLE
Burn calories fast in this high intensity cardiovascular class. All levels welcome, as cyclists can adjust the difficulty of their ride. This class is offered in the spin room and is limited to 4 cyclists per class. *Speciality class with a 20 dollar fee per class*

FLETCHER MAT PILATES
Strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and learn to stabilize your hips, back and shoulders. A great class to help you get more in tune with your body whether you are a beginner, or a pilates enthusiast.

FULL BODY CYCLE
A mixture of high intensity cycling with low impact strength and core training. This class is offered in the spin room and is limited to 4 cyclists per class. *Speciality class with a 20 dollar fee per class*

INTRO TO YOGA
This class introduces breathing techniques, emphasizes proper alignment, and is designed to give you a firm foundation and understanding of yoga. A great opportunity for students of all levels to return to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, nurturing environment.

KICKFIT
A kickboxing-based, full body strength and conditioning workout utilizing mitts, pads, and bags to give you a true kickboxing experience. This 50 minute high intensity class utilizes intervals for an especially effective, efficient workout.

MBS FUN RUN
The MBS Fun Run group will now meet at Brackenridge Park at 6:30 p.m. to partake in the San Antonio Road Runners (SARR) 2 mile Zoo Run, which will continue every Wednesday until the end of September or October. It's still free to participate, and our very own Kimberly Aubuchon will meet you there. The weekly run features a well marked, shady course, with water, course support and a social gathering afterwards. It's a great way to get race prepared and meet other runners in the area.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING
A strength training class which also incorporates bursts of cardio to help you condition and tone your entire body. This is a fun, fast-paced class open to all fitness levels. *Speciality class with a 135 dollar fee for members, 175 dollar fee for non-members, for an 8 class pack, with a drop in rate of 20 dollars per class.

PILATES FOR EVERYONE
Anyone from the novice mover to the seasoned athlete will enjoy a full body workout, which incorporates matwork, magic circle and towelwork. Helps improve posture, flexibility, balance and core strength.

POWER VINYASA FLOW
This class is comprised of a flowing sequence of postures that link powerful breath with dynamic movements of the body. The class series is inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method, which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. Experience an energetic practice that tones the body and disciplines the mind. You will leave feeling light and open to possibilities. All levels are welcome.

RIVERWALK WORKOUT
A complete, full body workout that gets you out of the office and onto the historic riverwalk. Enjoy fresh air and scenic views all while getting stronger and building cardiovascular endurance.

RUSSIAN SYSTEMA
Join instructor Michael Gonzales for this ancient, flowing martial arts practice which combines instinctive reaction with individual strength to help develop effective and efficient means of self defense. Systema can also help participants improve attitude, develop a more limber body, and alleviate stress.

VINYASA FLOW
Combines breath with a graceful flow of standing postures, a focus on alignment, inversions, core work, and guided meditations. Classes are both vigorous and reflective; a terrific workout for body and heart.

ZUMBA
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. A fusion of dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. Before you know it, you're getting fit and your energy levels are soaring.

30:15
30:15 is an interval based workout that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, stamina and strength. A great way to burn fat and build lean muscle mass.
