Our trainers, instructors and therapists have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Each has a strong general health and wellness background along with specialty skills ranging from swimming, cycling and running, to motocross, mobility, and nutrition. Most importantly, everyone on our team shares one common goal: to help you be a better you.

Joshua Levine specializes in helping people become fitness minded. He has devoted his life to learning as much as possible about resistance training, sports conditioning, yoga and flexibility techniques, plyometrics, nutrition, and cardiovascular exercise. With a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Texas, he strives to create a dialogue with his clients in order to achieve the greatest results. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with National Federation of Professional Trainers and the founder of Mind, Body & Soul.

Josh Levine

Tom Trevino holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at San Anotnio with certification and training from the Cooper Institute. He's spent the last 10 years working with a wide range of clients and has a background in running, triathlons, cycling, strength training, nutrition and fat loss. His programs are based on functional movement patterns that are not only challenging, but fun. His goal is to be a complete wellness coach for his clients, providing service and insight into all areas of general health.

Tom Trevino

Amanda Avey is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Cooper Institute, and is also certified as a Metabolic Effect Personal Trainer. She enjoys running, cycling, weight-lifting, yoga, and staying active in the outdoors. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nutrition at the University of the Incarnate Word. She has worked with a variety of clients and develops workouts based on individual needs and goals. Amanda will guide you on weight management, nutrition, and your individualized fitness program. She strives to keep her routines challenging and enjoyable and encourages her clients to try new activities to expand their world of physical wellness.

Amanda Avey

Britt Lorraine teaches Ron Fletcher Pilates. A dancer from a young age, Britt began Pilates  as rehabilitation for her broken tailbone, sustained during childbirth and inhibiting her ability to stand, much less dance. Because of Pilates she is able to dance again and is dedicated to helping others strengthen their core muscles in order to pursue their respective athletic endeavors. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance from Southern Methodist University and an M.F.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa. She trained and performed with the Martha Graham Dance Company in New York. In 2007, she founded Saint Lorraine Dance Company in San Antonio and continues to dance and choreograph.

Britt Lorraine

Candice Valenta is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and being a motivator to help them stay on track. She holds a B.A. in Public Health, and dedicated more than five years giving back to the community through grant writing and community outreach. Involved in athletics at a young age, she was introduced to Pilates three years ago and has since made it her calling. She is a Qualified Fletcher Pilates Instructor and is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Combining both discipline, she keeps her clients challenged with an all around workout, which increases muscle tone, endurance, flexibility and proper body alignment.

Candice Valenta

Dale Londos is an LMT and Active Release Techniques (ART) practitioner with 8 years experience treating athletes -- from Olympians in Track and Field to local triathletes, marathon runners, cyclists and all fitness enthusiasts. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and wrote 3D modeling software in California before pursuing a semi-pro running and triathlon lifestyle in Eugene, Oregon (Tracktown, USA). Dale placed 2nd at the USATF National Masters Track champs in 2005 (1500m) and has done 800 running, cycling and triathlon events since starting his competitive career at Alamo Heights HS in 1978.

Dale Londos

Lucas Law is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has a background in conditioning, fat loss, strength training, and bodybuilding. An avid researcher, he values training that is not only backed by science, but real world results. He's also a Corrective Exercise Specialist and works extensively with older populations to help improve their motor skills, increaee flexibility and regain lost strength. He has a passion for cooking and eating healthy, and loves to help people make permanent changes in the kitchen that lead to a better body and mind. His goal is to create multi-dimensional programs for clients that re-define their physique by decreasing body fat, creating better mobility, and improving body composition.

Lucas Law

Nuha Kadri is an ACE and NASM certified trainer with a B.S. from Boston University. She  strives to keep routines fresh and challenging for her clients, and formulates training and nutrition protocols designed around their individual needs. She stays motivated by seeing her clients physiques and psyches transform. She recently moved back to San Antonio to pursue her calling in fitness, and is comfortable working with anyone from workout novices to professional athletes.

Nuha Kadri

Mary Kay Sheeran is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through AFAA, with more than 14 years of experience in the field. She holds a personal trainer certification from NCEP and recently became a Licensed Fetcher Pilates Provider. She earned a B.A. from The University of Texas and a teaching certificate from Our Lady of the Lake University. She has run 5 marathons, enjoys learning new fitness trends, and challenges her clients with a variety of different routines.

Mary Kay Sheeran

Kimberly Culp obtained her M.A. in educational administration in 2006, her 250 hour yoga certification in 2010, and has worked with a wide range of people with varying abilities and goals. She has been through ashtanga yoga teacher training with David Williams, David Swenson, Tim Miller, and Kino Mac Gregor. Kimberly enjoys the benefits of a daily practice and takes pleasure in sharing yoga and a healthy lifestyle with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Kimberly Culp

Jake Islas holds a B.S. from the University of Arizona, and is certified through the National College of Sports Professionals. He gained a devotion to fitness and health after a life-long love of sports and the active lifestyle. He's passionate about helping others achieve good health, and using fitness as a means to improve all aspects of their life. Jake specializes in teaching clients movements intended for the human body for total body function and core strength, and is dedicated to helping people live better, healthier lives.

Jake Islas

Richard Garcia grew up with a passion for music, arts, and movement, and at the age of 15 began his professional career as a dancer. A major injury cut short his dance career, but opened the door to strength training, rock climbing, triathlons, and ultimately pilates. As an instructor, he's worked with a wide variety of clients from first time exercisers to college athletes, and even Olympic hopefuls. In 2009 he was recognized as an official Fletcher Pilates ambassador for his ambition, talent, and strong drive to help others.

Richard Garcia

Kimberly Aubuchon is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in individual and group training for women and men of all ages who seek strength, endurance, fat loss, lean body mass, or general fitness. A competitive runner with numerous age group and division wins, she works with other runners to help improve speed, efficiency and endurance, and will be a certified running coach with the Road Runners Club of America in early 2012. Aside from her physical endeavors, she is an accomplished artist, holds a BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago, and is director of Unit B Gallery. An outdoor enthusiast at heart, she looks forward to helping her clients achieve any and all of their health and wellness goals.

Kimberly Aubuchon

Dan Kachtik is an NASM certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, a coach with USA Weightlifting, a certified Crossfit and Kettlebell instructor, and has gone through Poliquin’s International Certification Program. He's been physically active his whole life, and knew from a young age that his passion for physical activity would evolve into a full time career. He's worked with a wide range of clients, from athletes of all ages, to retired persons, to beginners looking to start their fitness programs. His workouts are planned and progressive, but never boring or repetitive, with the goal of giving his clients something new and challenging for each workout. His goal is to be a companion and guide for his clients on their journey of living an active and healthy lifestyle.
