Jennifer Hartley

Jen has over 15 years experience training many types of clients, focusing on durability and longevity. She began working in the fitness industry when she saw the positive changes regular exercise brought about in her own health. She is a NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer, and has earned her EXOS Performance, and Fitness Specialist Certifications. She is an Onnit Academy certified Specialist in Foundations, Durability, Kettlebell, Steel Mace, and Steel Club.
