Pilates is for Everyone

Josh Levine, owner and founder of MBS I Life, is climbing the 3rd highest peak in North America, Pico De Orizaba this week. Up until recently, his training consisted of CrossFit, outdoor agility training and endurance training. While feeling “fit”, Josh realized he was not connecting with his core, his body was collapsing in movements and he was lacking overall endurance. He decided to begin Pilates training as he felt like it would be the method to help sustain his body from breaking down during his training and ultimately his climb.

Since beginning training he has noticed improvement in proper alignment which helps him work harder and safer supporting his activities. He works effectively using his body as a whole, engaging muscles that are usually not targeted and has found he has increased his overall endurance.
