Stacy Mikolaczyk

Stacy started crossfit in late 2010 in an effort to get healthier. After trying various other forms of working out it seemed crossfit was the right fit. The variety of movement and community made it easy to fall in love with. In 2014 she decided to get her level 1 certificate and started coaching. Her favorite movements are the Olympic lifts and she has completed the crossfit weightlifting seminar as well as other Olympic lifting trainings.
