Now, we’re creating space to bring it forward again.

Join us for Yoga+ Open House—a day designed to reintroduce you to the more holistic side of MBS. Throughout the day, we’ll be offering free classes including gentle yoga, vinyasa, mat pilates, restorative yoga with sound bath, and more. You’ll also have a chance to meet our teachers, explore the space, and connect with a small group of thoughtfully selected local wellness vendors.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a practice you’ve missed, this is an invitation to experience MBS in a new way.
