Tom and Melissa wrote a book!
We made this handy little health and wellness guide to share with our clients. It covers all the basics – a reference guide with reminders of some of the things we may be missing, and some of the things we may need to add to our lives to make them more complete and healthy and happy.
Format wise, we intentionally made it simple: single-sided print on full-size pages so you could scribble notes on the other side, short chapter recaps with key points, a few worksheets with questions to ask yourself, and a spiral binding so it can lay flat, and you can easily rip out any pages you may want to post on your fridge.
For now, we’re also doing all printing and production directly through a local printer. We’ll have hard copies for all our clients, but will also have extras available for $16. That cost is exactly what we pay the printer per copy – so zero profit margin here.
