Every body is a yoga body!

If you’ve got a body, you’ve got a yoga body!

And chances are your body would benefit from adding a little yoga to your fitness routine. In addition to being a great whole-body workout, the focused breath work and gentle movements of yoga help reduce stress and relieve anxiety. Who couldn’t use that these days?

MBS Yoga Instructor Amanda Millette wants you to know that your body can do yoga! And you might love it.

Amanda says:

“My journey with yoga began a little over 6 years ago. I had no idea at that time this practice would change my life. It has been a powerful tool learning to connect my body and mind in a true alignment. I am always continuing to heal, grow and practice though many forms of yoga. It was because of encouragement in my community and friends that made my decision to teach very humbling. I recently graduated from the Esther Vexler Yoga School with my yoga certification. I am honored to step into this community to serve others through my own experiences, practice and knowledge. I look forward to learning from you and sharing with you in class!”

Amanda teaches All Bodies Movement and Flow on Thursdays at 6pm and Slow Down Flow for All Body on Fridays at 1:30 pm. Always giving back, she also provides classes for the Rape Crisis Center twice a month!
